Mezzacosta è adagiata e immersa nella campagna collinare Aretina con ambienti e giardini panoramici e luminosi. Il nucleo rurale è circondato da 13 ettari di una particolare e ricca vegetazione con pineta, bosco, ulivi e piante secolari.

La nostra conduzione è tipicamente famigliare e saremmo lieti di ospitarvi, in una dimora che evoca il fascino delle tradizioni genuine, poiché da sempre destinata alla residenza dei contadini.

La località dove potrete soggiornare è un posto per rimanerci, uno spazio romantico adatto per riposare e ritemprarsi, per godere e vivere i colori, i profumi di stagione e poter provare autentiche emozioni a diretto contatto con la natura.

Mezzacosta is a small guest house managed by our family. The house is located between Anghiari and just a few minutes from the center of Arezzo in a sunny area, absolutely quiet, with a beautiful and panoramic view on the surrounding hills. The place where you can stay is surrounded by 13 hectares of rich vegetation with pine forest, olive groves and very old trees. A farmhouse dating back to 1700 that evokes the charm of the genuine traditions. Through the accurate restoration, the house, was prepared and well equipped to ensure to just a few guests absolute confidentiality and to make independent, practical and comfortable their stay. The residence is exposed to the south, with independent entrance and direct access to the garden that is exclusively for our guests. Mezzacosta is a loving place to stay for long periods (vacation-apartments formula) or shorter time (B&B formula).

The parking for cars is included in Podere Mezzacosta with access restricted to guests of the structure. A privileged geographical location and good roads, can take easily and quickly, the most evocative historical/art itineraries of central Italy: so churches, medieval towns, the castles and unforgettable villages or cities of art like Florence - Siena - Perugia - Assisi - Urbino - are easy to find out and not least also smaller destinations as the Casentino area, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano and Chianti shire. Internet WiFi.
 

Mezzacosta is easy to find. You take S.P. 43 (provincial road of the Libbia), - from Arezzo towards Anghiari (Km 11,700) for who arrives in Tuscany with the A1 motorway or, from Anghiari towards Arezzo (km. 8,400) for who takes the E45 road – Covered a private tree lined street, Mezzacosta is placed near the same provincial road.

Cet endroit, où vous pourriez séjourner, est entouré de 13 hectares de riche végétation de pins, d'oliveraies et de très vieux arbres. Ferme datant de 1700 évoquant le charme des traditions authentiques. À sa rénovation, la maison a été aménagée et équipée avec soin afin d'assurer à nos invités repos et intimité absolue et de leur fournir un logement indépendant, pratique et confortable. Entre Anghiari et Arezzo. À seulement 11 km d'Arezzo et 12 km d'Anghiari. Une situation géographique privilégiée et de bonnes routes vous permettront de rejoindre facilement et rapidement d'importants itinéraires chargés d'histoire et d'art du centre de l'Italie ; églises, villes médiévales, châteaux, villages et villes qu'il ne faut pas oublier de citer, tels que Florence, Sienne, Pérouse, Assise, Urbino et Orvieto sont faciles à trouver, mais il y a aussi des endroits plus petits tels que la région de Casentino, Cortone, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano et le Chianti. Vous prenez SP 43 (route provinciale de l'Libbia), - vers Anghiari Arezzo (Km 11.700) pour qui arrive en Toscane avec l'autoroute A1 ou, à l'égard de Anghiari Arezzo (km. 8.400) pour qui prend la route E45 - Couvert une rue bordée d'arbres, Mezzacosta est placé près de la même route provinciale.
